CueBrite ("the Service") is an AI-assisted presentation scripting tool. It helps users transform text content into structured presentation scripts with visual templates, animation presets, and recording capabilities.

You may register and log in using your email, phone number, or third-party accounts (Google, GitHub).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your credentials.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload or input content that violates laws or regulations
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to abuse the AI generation feature through automated means
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service to generate misinformation, fraudulent, or malicious content

You retain the intellectual property rights to your original input content.

AI-generated scripts and visual plans are free for you to use, but due to the nature of AI generation, we do not guarantee the originality of generated content.

The software code, interface design, animation presets, and other elements of the Service are the property of the CueBrite team.

Each account has a project creation quota. Contact the administrator to increase your limit.

AI generation features have rate limits to prevent abuse.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

AI-generated content is for reference only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability. Please review before use.

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, except as required by law.

Your project data (scripts, visual configurations, etc.) is stored locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers.

Please regularly export and back up your data. Clearing browser data may result in project loss.

Our servers only store your account information (email/phone) and system configuration data.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with advance notice for major changes.

Updates to these terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
